Why I refused to work on my questions!

Since yesterday that I received Elena's comments, I was refusing to read and work. Didn't realise why! Now I know! The way that she writes her comments is in a way that I think she is not giving a constructive comment, but she is trying to put me down:

"I don’t know what you are trying to achieve here"... When she exactly know what did I mean she asks in a very annoying way: "What do you mean by output here? The students coming out of the degree? The proficiency students have when they finish?"

I might be wrong and this might be just a simple misunderstanding, but it affects me!
